An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic Pre-Assessment team, currently implementing some exciting changes to expand the service.
work as a team member and independently,
manage caseload of elective pre-operative assessment clinics
ensure patients are prepared for their elective surgery
promote pre-operative health optimisation.
provide face to face and telephone assessments of patients.
assessment of Wellbeing Questionnaires.
recognition of risk factors and appropriate referrals.
accurate documentation.
blood sampling, MRSA sampling and ECG recording as required.
Checking and interpreting blood results and escalating as required
