Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement
Call, text, and email inbound and outbound leads to discuss loan products and qualify potential borrowers.
Loan Intake
Collect borrower information and pre-qualify applicants based on company guidelines.
Follow-Up
Maintain consistent communication with prospects to move them through the lending pipeline.
CRM Management
Log all activity and manage tasks within our CRM to ensure accurate tracking of leads and applications.
Relationship Building
Build rapport with investors, brokers, and agents to create long-term referral relationships.
Market Knowledge
Stay informed about loan programs, interest rates, and lending trends.
