Salary: £39515.00 to £42024.00
The Social Worker will play a key role within Jewish Cares Social Work and Community Support service, providing professional social work support to adults across North East London, Central London, Essex and Southend. Working 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with hybrid working, the postholder will manage a complex caseload of approximately 35 FTE cases, carrying out holistic assessments, developing person-centred support plans and delivering effective social work interventions. You will assess risk, respond to referrals, identify safeguarding concerns and provide advice, information and advocacy to individuals and carers. The role also involves partnership working with statutory, voluntary and community organisations, contributing to community initiatives and representing Jewish Care at external meetings and forums. A full UK driving licence and regular access to your own vehicle are essential due to the geographical coverage of the role.
