Responsibilities
- Install residential plumbing systems, fixtures, water heaters, piping, and related equipment according to local codes and company standards
- Work closely with the service and operations teams to ensure installations are completed efficiently and accurately
- Travel to customers' homes to assess installation requirements and provide professional recommendations
- Communicate installation plans, timelines, and project updates with customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle and inventory
- Complete all job documentation accurately and in a timely manner following company procedures
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with applicable regulations
- Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and exceptional customer service at all times
Qualifications
Minimum of
2 years of professional residential plumbing installation experience
(light commercial experience is a plus; equivalent experience and transferable skills will be considered)
Knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, water heaters, drainage systems, and installation best practices
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, installation specifications, and plumbing diagrams
Valid U.S. Driver's License with a clean driving record
Ability to lift equipment and materials and work in various residential environments
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (subject to applicable law)
Demonstrates a commitment to professional growth, continuous learning, and high-quality workmanship

Compensation: Competitive pay ranging from $75,000–$100,000 annually , based on experience and qualifications. Additional earning opportunities available through our performance-based incentive program.
