Salary: £15,591 a year
Provide a high standard of holistic Care (physical, emotional, social and spiritual), play and professional friendship to the child and their immediate and extended family, and to provide continuity of Care by working both in the community and the Julias House Hospice as appropriate.
The successful candidate will be based at our Dorset Hospice in Corfe Mullen, working in the Hospice, as well as working across Dorset in the homes of the children and young people we look after. You will have the skills and experience required that will enable you to care for children and young people with complex health care needs, as well as supporting with end-of-life care.
As part of the Care Team, working in line with Julias House policies and
procedures, provide family centred respite care both in the Hospice and
Community for children who have life limiting and life threatening
conditions.
