As a Clinical Pharmacist at K2 Healthcare Ltd, you will work with our established Clinical Pharmacist Team to develop and deliver medicines optimisation services within our group of GP Practices. This is an exciting opportunity to join our federation and collaborate with Senior Clinical Pharmacists, Clinical Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians as part of a multidisciplinary team.
This is a patient-facing role requiring clinical assessment and treatment using specialist medicines knowledge across specific disease areas. You will be registered with the GPhC or about to complete your foundation training in order to register as a Clinical Pharmacist with the GPhC. You may already be an independent prescriber or working towards this qualification. The role involves proactively supporting patients with complex polypharmacy, particularly older adults and those with multiple long-term conditions. You will have opportunities to develop clinical interests, enhance prescribing skills, and improve patient outcomes.
