Overview
Our Orlando office is looking for a Plumbing Designer with 3+ years of experience in Plumbing/Fire Protection to join our team.
Responsibilities
- The person hired for this role will be responsible for using computer drafting techniques to generate plans, construction drawings, and other details associated with a variety of projects types.
- Designing plumbing systems including all associated details, risers, isometrics, and specifications.
- Perform system design calculations and equipment selections.
- Laying out plumbing systems including but not limited to sanitary, grease, domestic water, and fire sprinklers.
- Writes studies and reports for plumbing systems when needed on projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or better
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge and experience with Revit.
- Detail oriented, professional attitude, good communication, team player, self-starter
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and manage work flow
