Our stand-alone hospital has been a neighborhood landmark since the 1970s and recently underwent an extensive renovation, creating a modern, efficient workspace that supports exceptional patient care. Our facility includes:

13-15 appointments per day
Standard 30-minute appointments
45-minute appointments for complex cases and new clients
Personalized, relationship-based care that prioritizes quality over volume
Exceptional Mentorship
We proudly welcome both experienced veterinarians and new graduates. Our mentorship program includes:
- 45-60 minute appointments while mentoring
- Weekly and monthly one-on-one check-ins with the Chief of Staff and Hospital Manager
Individual surgery training
Shadowing opportunities
Ongoing clinical guidance tailored to your goals and experience level

- A pro-sal compensation model with a salary of $150,000 - $170,000 (based on experience & schedule)
- Production bonus paid quarterly with no negative accrual
