This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Senior Leadership Team bringing about rapid improvements across the school. We have introduced a new ‘teams’ approach to work, where colleague share offices to facilitate an ongoing dialogue around the area that they are leading. To this end we have a Teaching and Learning Team, a Support and Intervention team and a School Organisation Team. We meet alternate weeks, firstly as a full SLT and then in our Teams. We are very hard-working but collegiate, supportive of one another and focussed on bringing about systemic change in order to raise standards, but a sense of humour is always good!
