What You’ll Do (New Construction Focus)
You’ll be a key part of our new construction plumbing team, responsible for:
- Rough‑in plumbing for new residential builds
- Installing water, drain, waste, and vent systems
- Setting fixtures, tubs, showers, and final trim‑out
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and job specifications
- Ensuring all work meets code, safety standards, and builder expectations
- Coordinating with site supervisors, builders, and other trades
- Maintaining a clean, organized job site and professional appearance
- Documenting work and communicating clearly with the office and field teams
- You’ll have the tools, support, and autonomy to do the job right the first time.
What You Bring
We’re looking for plumbers who take pride in their workmanship:
- 3+ years of new construction plumbing experience
- Strong understanding of residential rough‑in and finish plumbing
- Ability to read blueprints and follow builder specifications
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver’s license
A positive attitude and commitment to quality
