What We’re Looking For
You don’t need experience — but you do need:
Reliable transportation (yes, that means getting to work on time)

Availability for PM shifts (you’ll be out by 9:00–9:30 PM!)

Ability to keep the dish station clean, organized, and running smooth

Positive attitude & strong TEAM mentality

Willingness to learn and adapt

Ability to pass a background check

If you’ve washed dishes before? Awesome. If not? We’ll train you like a pro. Why This Job Doesn’t “Sink” FREE shift meals

(base pay $13 + tip pool!)

Wash dishes using our three-bay sink system

Keep stations & storage areas clean and organized

Handle trash & recycling runs

Be the behind-the-scenes hero that keeps everything flowing
