We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Referral Management & Safety Netting Coordinator to join our Operations Team. This is a pivotal role supporting the safe and effective management of patient referrals across the practice, ensuring timely access to secondary care services and maintaining robust patient safety processes. The successful candidate will work closely with clinicians, operational teams, hospitals, and patients to ensure referrals are processed accurately, monitored effectively, and escalated appropriately where concerns arise.
