Reports to: Harrisburg Campus Pastor
Direct Consultant: Central Director of kidMinistry
Location: LCBC Harrisburg
Hours Commitment: Full-time (40-45 hours per week) with regular weekend responsibilities and Monday night gathering
Objective: To lead and support kidMinistry in a way where Life Change happens, One Kid at a Time. The heartbeat of your role involves inviting others to serve by vision casting how lives can be changed while keeping Jesus at the center of all you do.
Evaluation
The kidMinistry Coordinator will meet regularly with the Campus Pastor for planning, goal-setting, progress updates, and general coaching. A formal Action and Development Plan will be completed and reviewed three times throughout the year.
