Key Responsibilities
Provide and oversee direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
Perform comprehensive resident assessments and ongoing monitoring
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely and effectively
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
Communicate changes in condition to providers, residents, and families
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
What We’re Looking For
Active RN license in the State of Montana
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to lead, delegate, and collaborate effectively with care teams

Flexibility, reliability, and willingness to support staffing needs
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
Familiarity with electronic medical records systems

Requirements
Qualifications
Education
Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing. BSN preferred.
Licenses/Certification
Current RN Licensure in the State employed.
Valid CPR Certification.
Experience
Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
