Why CNAs Choose Little Flower Manor Up to $6,000 Sign-On Bonus No agency staff Supportive nurses and leadership who listen and help Free on-site parking and no Philadelphia city wage tax Stable schedules with every-other-weekend rotation A clean, well-run facility with strong infection control A team that treats you like family Available Shifts 6:45am – 3:15pm Responsibilities Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Help residents with meals and monitor intake Take and record vital signs Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Respond promptly to call bells and resident needs Provide companionship and emotional support Work closely with nurses, therapists, and fellow CNAs Follow all infection control and safety procedures Document care accurately and on time Requirements Active Pennsylvania CNA certification in good standing Compassionate, patient, and committed to resident-centered care Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work effectively in a structured, supportive environment Physically able to lift, bend, stand, and walk for most of the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and over 100 lbs occasionally (with assistance) Mandatory Flu vaccinations (accommodations considered)
