About the role
Salary: £39959.00 to £48117.00
Up to 37.5 hours per week.
Most of the post holders time will be spent working alongside nursing staff in community settings, providing clinical guidance, supporting staff development, observing practice, and assessing competency in nursing skills. The role will also ensure adherence to evidence-based practice, professional standards, and the NMC Code of Conduct.
