What You'll Do
Craft specialty coffee and tea drinks
Prepare to open and/or close the store
Clean work areas, machines, and equipment
Greet customers and help to create a warm and welcoming environment
Promote and recommend menu options to customers
Evaluate and modify processes to improve efficiency and quality of service
Work various shifts to accommodate the needs of the shop; including weekends and/or evenings, especially for special events or circumstances
Any other tasks deemed necessary
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Skills Needed to Succeed
Must be 18+ years of age Manage multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines Ability to communicate clearly, both verbal and written Ability to work well in team environments Has a strong attention to detail Can anticipate customer’s needs Is adaptable and flexible Has the ability to react appropriately under pressure, apply good judgment, use sound decision-making & problem solving in a deadline-driven environment What We Believe Please read our statement of faith here At Long Hollow, our mission is to live out our God-given calling as we follow Jesus and make disciples every day.
