The Lyon-Waugh Auto Group is searching for positive, driven individuals to join our diverse team as
Full-Time Service BDC Representatives
. If you're someone who brings positive energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service—we can't wait to hear from you!
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, with one scheduled weekday off
Compensation Plan: Base hourly rate of $20-$25, plus monthly bonus
Estimated Annual Compensation Range: $50,000.00-$65,000.00
What You’ll Be Doing
Welcome clients in person at the desk or on the phone
Schedule service appointment
Schedule valet pick up appointments, working with valet drivers
Schedule deliveries
Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, missed appointments declined services and upcoming maintenance
Assist clients with common questions and direct them to appropriate personnel
Contact clients with open recalls, campaigns, special order parts
Other duties assigned by management team

Requirements
What We’re Looking For: · Previous experience in automotive BDC preferred, but will train the right candidate
· Clear, professional communication skills—both verbal and written
· Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
· Strong attention to detail
· Highly organized and dependable
· Confident phone presence with a friendly, helpful tone
