Pay: $22.22 to $27.10 per hour
Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) to join our team at our Caribou home.
Position Details:
Hours:
24 hours per week
Schedule:
- 1 Day Shift: 5:45 AM – 6:15 PM
- 1 Night Shift: 5:45 PM – 6:15 AM
Shift Length: 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications in accordance with state regulations and facility policies
Provide direct care and support to residents with activities of daily living
Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns appropriately
Maintain accurate documentation and medication records
Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality resident care
Qualifications:
Active 40-hour CRMA certification required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety
Ability to work both day and overnight shifts as scheduled
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
