Become a vital part of our Caring Services team as a
Hub Coordinator
, helping make sure patients, families and clinical teams have the right information at the right time. This is a highly people-focused role where you will be a key point of contact for families, referrers, Marie Curie colleagues and clinical teams, helping to coordinate care with sensitivity, accuracy and professionalism.
Alongside the contact with people, this is also a systems-led role. You will spend a significant part of your time using digital systems to manage referrals, update patient information, maintain accurate records, support rotas and scheduling, and make sure care details are clearly documented. You do not need to know Marie Curies systems already, but you will need to be confident using IT, comfortable working across databases and applications, and able to keep information accurate while working in a busy environment.
