Are you a compassionate, organised and customer-focused individual who would like to play an important role in supporting vital end-of-life care services? We have an exciting opportunity for a Hub Coordinator to join our Midlands team. In this role, you will help ensure our nurses and healthcare assistants can provide timely, coordinated care and emotional support to people in their own homes.
As a key member of our Coordination Hub, youll be at the heart of helping people access the care and support they need. As a first point of contact for Marie Curie services across the region, youll manage referrals, coordinate and book care, and respond to enquiries with
compassion, sensitivity and professionalism
. Youll also ensure information is recorded accurately across our clinical and operational systems, helping our teams deliver a smooth and responsive service.
Contract
: Permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours per week
