The Marketing Materials Specialist will accurately and efficiently coordinate and manage all aspects marketing and medical educational equipment for events and tradeshows.
Have a good product knowledge
Coordinate and manage email inbox, reply to demo requests, provide availability, add to the meeting calendar and print out exchange requests.
Coordinate & manage material movement for demos and exhibitions. Keep up to date with NPI products
Communicate with requestors regarding the availability, quality and required return date.
Organization of the Marketing Materials area
Assist in managing new consignments
Assist with set building
