Fleet Maintenance Technicians
join our teams at Ready-Mix Concrete Plants in major cities throughout Florida.
Prior experience in the ready-mix concrete industry or with heavy-duty trucks is preferred.
Fleet Mechanic Specifications include
- 3+ years of mechanic experience
- Experience with heavy-duty (Class 8) trucks, preferred
- Experience in the ready-mix concrete industry, preferred
- Valid Driver License with driving record that meets company standard , CDL License preferred
Possess set of tools
Able to work 7 days a week, with the majority of the work performed outdoors and in all weather conditions.
Fleet Mechanic Tasks and Responsibilities include
Complete repairs
in a timely manner
Identify
- and accurately triage repairs
- Safely operate company vehicle to provide roadside assistance to disabled fleet
- Travel to other plants within Region as necessary
