The role

As a Production Supervisor, you will help drive our goals by:

• Leading safe production operations and ensuring compliance with site, corporate and regulatory safety standards.
• Coordinating staffing,
• schedules
• and resources to achieve production,
• quality
• and on-time delivery targets.
• Driving operational efficiency through the application of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintaining accountability for in-process precious metal materials, including security and inventory control.
• Supporting employee development through training, performance
• guidance
• and workforce planning.
• Working with maintenance and leadership teams to improve equipment reliability,
• productivity
• and operational performance.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; an Engineering or Technical qualification is
• advantageous .
• Experience supervising teams within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methodologies.

Proficiency

• in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to lead,
• motivate
• and coordinate shift-based teams effectively.
• Flexibility to train across shifts and work a 2nd shift schedule (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM).
