What you’ll actually be doing:
- Building estimates from concept through final design
- Working directly with repeat clients (not chasing cold leads)
- Collaborating with operations, field teams, and leadership
- Developing scopes—even from sketches or early ideas
- Supporting projects that actually get built

Experience estimating construction projects
- Ability to read plans and understand full project scope
- Strong communication with clients and subcontractors
- Someone who takes pride in accuracy and ownership
