he Lead Midwife for Education will provide strategic and operational leadership for education, training, workforce development and practice learning across maternity services.
Lead the development and delivery of the Maternity Education Strategy in line with Trust, regional and national priorities. Provide expert professional leadership on education, workforce development and practice learning across maternity services. Act as a member of the maternity senior leadership team contributing to workforce, quality and service improvement agendas.
