Salary: £49387.00 to £56515.00
We are looking for a Clinical Lead that is committed, innovative, and has the vision and leadership skills to lead our Aintree CORE24 service.
In this position you will play a key role in leadership and continued development of the service, working closely with the leadership team as well as developing relationships with key figures from the acute Trust.The role will include:
Assist in the development and implementation of integrated care pathways, including appropriate service user referrals and models of care.
