About the role
Description
- This position will be onsite in the MicahTek office (NOT a remote position). MicahTek is located at 8215 South Elm Place in Broken Arrow, OK 74011.
- Customer Service Representative dedicated to work with a specific media company that publishes Christian education resources including Bible studies, Sunday School and Vacation Bible School curriculum, books, movies, and websites designed for churches and individuals seeking a Christ-centered perspective on faith and life issues.
- The primary responsibility will be to assist callers in resolving their customer service issues. May process both inbound and outbound calls for the client.
- Work Schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
Requirements
Must have excellent phone manners and strong attention to detail skills. Must be self-managed and dependable with an excellent attendance record. Previous Customer Service experience is a plus.
