Salary: £39959.00 to £48117.00
We currently have District Nurse or Senior Community Nurse vacancies in the North Alliance:-- Biddulph & Kidsgrove PCN team, based in Kidsgrove Health Centre- 1 Full time, permanent position-Newcastle Central PCN Team, based in Milehouse Primary Care Centre- 1 Full time, fixed term position- 12 months
-You will be responsible for allocating patient visits within the skill set for the community nursing team. You will work alongside the Lead Practitioner to manage the caseload, including reviewing demand and capacity.
