Take responsibility for the management of a complex caseload, which includes, specialist assessment (within service specification), and care planning in conjunction with service user and carer, evaluation of individual treatment plans for CYP with mental health needs.
This role is to work as a senior EMHP practitioner in an exciting service within Seisdon's Mental Health Support Team. We work closely as a service across all teams as we focus on expansion to cover all schools in the region by 2029. The MHST service covers the whole of Staffordshire.
