Many of our current Team Members came to us from different industries and backgrounds and have gone on to thrive on our Team!
- This position is paid on a commission/incentive-based Pay Plan. $42-$100k+/year (commission based). The compensation is comprised of a 36k annual Base Draw and incentives for our key metrics of Guest Service, units sold, and gross profit. There is no limit or cap on the incentive amounts!
- The position works a 5-day work week, Monday through Saturday, with a day off during the week. Our facilities are always closed on Sunday.
- This position requires: Consistently providing high levels of Guest/Customer service.
- Selling and delivering vehicles with excitement!
- Following up with all incoming Guests, within our company expectations.
- Assisting Guests in choosing a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their answers.
- Following up with all Guests that purchased a vehicle to enhance their experience and encourage referrals.
- Ensuring our sales processes are followed consistently.
- Bringing a positive attitude and top-notch abilities each day.
