Description
Snack bar Attendant is responsible for preparing and serving food and drinks as ordered by guests. They are also responsible for opening and closing duties.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Must be able to handle cash and use the Point of Sale system accurately.
- Provide outstanding and consistent customer service by being knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful to guests at all times.
- Adhere to departmental and company policies and procedures.
- Complete daily cleaning tasked as assigned by supervisor or manager.
- Maintain clean snackbar area both in front and back areas.
- Keep food and beverage containers fully stocked.
- Promote and practice safety standards at all times.
- Maintain a clean and well groomed appearance at all times in accordance with departmental standards.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Learn, understand and practice department standard operating procedures.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
