About the role
VCA West Mesa Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced
Patient Care Attendant to join our boarding team and share in our exciting, fast-paced environment. Most importantly, the ideal candidate will have excellent client service and communication skills.
Location: 2611 Coors Blvd NW b, Albuquerque, NM 87120
Salary: $16 - $18 / hour (pay rate varies based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, including holidays and weekend availability

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Venipuncture
Catheter placement
Radiology
Anesthesia monitoring
Physical examinations and patient assessment
Surgical preparation and assisting
Laboratory work
Pharmacy
Patient recovery
Compassionate care for hospitalized patients
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have documented previous experience
Flexibility in schedule
Client Service Skills
Working knowledge of computers
Excellent communication skills
