Who you are
Natural Leader
- Someone who can motivate a team to work as a cohesive unit!
Problem Solver
- The ability to solve problems quickly and manage conflict effectively.
Organized Pro
- A proven track record of operational organization and attention to detail.
Coffee Expert
- Proficient in all Barista responsibilities with at least 1 year of industry experience.
Reliable & Committed
- Punctual, coachable, and ready to work at least 20+ hours per week!
What you'll do
Lead the Shift
: Oversee operations, delegate tasks, and adjust staffing to keep the workflow smooth.
Coach & Train
: Actively mentor Baristas, providing on-the-spot feedback and assisting in the training of new hires for success.
Ensure Quality
: Uphold MOKA standards for beverage quality and customer service on every single order.
Manage Inventory
: Assist with inventory counts and ordering to ensure we never run low on the good stuff.
Stay Accountable
: Complete accurate shift reports and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting shop for everyone.
What to expect
Leadership Responsibility
- You will report directly to the Assistant and General Managers to drive store success.

Pay
- Up to $19 an hour (this includes $3 in average tips based on 2025 data)
