This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join the
Functional Team within Older Peoples Community Services as a Clinical Team Lead.
The
Clinical Team Lead will be responsible for the development and implementation
of the day to day Clinical leadership of the Team, offering clinical
leadership, ensuring the maintenance and promotion of high standards of person
centred care for service users as well as assisting with the development of
staff within the team. They will be expected to maintain, monitor and
facilitate the delivery of a high quality Mental Health Services for older
people.
The post holder will be responsible for the development and implementation of the day to day Clinical leadership of the Team.
