Full-time overnight position available at this time
- Pay rate ranging from $17.50/hr. to $21.25/hr. depending on certifications and shift differentials (overnights and weekends) for Full-time and part-time positions.
Per diem position available
- work hours are not guaranteed and are scheduled on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexibility rather than a set schedule. The pay for per diem is at $16.10/hr.
The Role
As a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician (MHRT), you will provide support to aging adults with persistent mental health challenges within a residential setting. You will assist clients with mental health diagnoses to achieve their personal plan goals, encouraging change through a positive reinforcement approach, administering medication, and promoting and encouraging client community integration and inclusion. Drive our company vehicle to attend social outings and activities with our clients!

Requirements
Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician (MHRT) Requirements
A high school diploma/GED
18 years of age or over
Active driver's license
Experience in direct care, preferred, but not required. Willing to train.
Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers whose primary language is English
