At New Roads Behavioral Health, we support young adults working through mental health and life challenges. As a Residential Mentor, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, structured, and supportive environment where clients can grow, heal, and build life skills.

🕒 Schedule

Part time schedules available - 4 days a week

Weekday graveyard shifts

12 : 00 AM – 8:00 AM
💙 What You’ll Do
Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and serve as a role model
Supervise daily activities and help maintain a structured, therapeutic environment
Participate in group sessions, recreational activities, and outings
Support clients in managing emotions, completing assignments, and developing life skills
Assist with medication organization and ensure safety protocols are followed
Document daily progress and communicate with the clinical team
Help plan activities like shopping, recreation, and skill-building exercises
🌱 What We’re Looking For
Experience in caregiving, behavioral health, or working with young adults (preferred, not required)
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
Interest in mental health and helping others grow
