- We’re on the lookout for a professional, empathetic Customer Service Agent fluent in Dutch and English to join our growing multilingual team supporting a high-profile global client. This is a remote-first role, but you need to be based in Malta and available for a few in-office onboarding sessions at our San Ġwann location.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Helping customers across phone, email, live chat, and social media
- Resolving queries with speed, care, and consistency
- Supporting back-office operations (order updates, supplier coordination, admin)
- Collaborating with team members via Slack and shared platforms
- Contributing to quality, compliance, and performance goals
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- A clear communicator with a calm, customer-first mindset
- Tech-confident and ready to learn. Zendesk experience is a plus
- Based in Malta and able to attend onboarding in person
- Previous experience in customer service or contact centres preferred
- Shifts will fall between these hours: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 to 18:00 CET and Wednesday to Friday from 09:00 to 21:30 CET
