Associate Non-Executive Member (Audit & Governance)

Salary: £12,000 a year

Coventry and Warwickshire ICB and Herefordshire and Worcestershire ICB Cluster

We
are looking for a senior leader with significant experience of financial and
corporate governance in a large and complex organisation, ideally within an NHS
or public sector environment. You will have a strong understanding of
audit committee practices, risk management and corporate governance, together
with the confidence to provide constructive challenge and independent scrutiny.
A finance qualification and previous non-executive experience would be an
advantage
.

The
Associate NEM acts as a member of the ICBs Audit Committees which meet in
common and may undertake roles on other committees or sub-committees of the
ICBs. They are expected to attend meetings of the Boards and Board development
sessions.
