Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist - 88982
Providing pharmacist support to the aseptic service in accordance with relevant legislation, GMP, GCP, Trust procedures and Health and Safety requirements;
Undertaking final accuracy checks and release activities for aseptically prepared products, including products supplied by third-party providers, once appropriately trained and authorised;
Supporting the accountable pharmacist and senior aseptic team in maintaining safe systems of work and appropriate quality standards;
Reviewing relevant aseptic documentation and supporting compliance with the unit's quality systems and procedures;
Working effectively with the wider pharmacy and multidisciplinary teams to support safe, efficient and timely patient care; and
Promoting good aseptic practice and GMP standards within the service.
