Property: Inn On Fifth
Inn On Fifth, a premier luxury hotel in downtown Naples and part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a service-focused Pool Server to support poolside food and beverage service as well as in-room dining delivery. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent, courteous, and high-quality service while upholding the standards of a luxury hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
Provide prompt and professional food and beverage service in the pool area in accordance with established service standards
Deliver in-room dining orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to service procedures
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menus, daily specials, and hotel offerings
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with guests
Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests or service issues in a timely and appropriate manner
Coordinate with culinary and service teams to ensure efficient service operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas in compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements
Qualifications
Strong commitment to guest service excellence
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, including standing and walking for extended periods
Effective communication and time-management skills
Ability to perform in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
