Summary of the role

- General Summary: Shipping and Receiving functions related to incoming and outgoing supplies and product.
- Responsibilities: Receiving packages
Shipping packages
Reviewing packing slips
Reviewing Certificates of Compliance, Certificates of Conformance, Certificates of analysis
Reviewing and preparing shipping Labels
Following a Shipping Schedule
- Reviewing the label review check forms
- Maintaining the shipping material supplies
- Utilize computer software and hardware to prepare documentation to ship Items.
- Maintain shipping and receiving files
- Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Must be detail oriented
Requirements
Education: Be able to read, write and speak fluent English, additional languages a plus.
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent ex[erience
- Experience with shipping and receiving, warehouse activities a plus
- Be able to work well with others and have good communication skills
- Physical: Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
