To provide a high quality maintenance/repair/installation and services to a range of electrical, mechanical and gas equipment in respect of the residential staff accommodation at Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital. Activities may include work such as fitting fire putty packs to electrical sockets.
Maintains equipment, building fabric and utility services of Trust property.
To assist the Accommodation Manager with the prioritisation, programming and monitoring or all maintenance repair works.
To offer advice and support to tenants, to report all instances of anti-social behaviour.
To perform occasional grounds maintenance duties which include spreading of salt, sweeping of leaves, collecting litter, cleaning gulley's, painting and decorating, Minor works and maintaining cleanliness of all external areas.
There are also Hotel Bathroom upgrades shifts. So candidates with plumbing or bathroom installs would be beneficial.
