We are excited to offer an opportunity for a compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our expanding Community Investigation Hub, based at Burnham-on-Sea War Memorial Hospital. This service is part of North Sedgemoor Primary Care Network (PCN), which brings together four GP practices to deliver joined-up care to our local population.
You will support a range of investigations and monitoring services within a structured clinical team. This includes taking bloods, performing ECGs, spirometry, routine observations and vaccinations.
This role is based within the Community Investigation Hub (CIH), a service delivered by North Sedgemoor Primary Care Network (PCN). The post holder will support the safe and effective delivery of a range of diagnostic and preventative care services to our local population.
