NHS Humber Health Partnerships' Group Property Manager - Occupancy and Utilisation role is required to provide a customer focused and comprehensive Property Management and Property related Projects Management service to fulfil and execute the Community Property and Residential Accommodation elements of the Group Estate Strategy, including legal regularisation, and income generation.
Create and maintain a detailed understanding and knowledge of occupancy, utilisation, churn and cost for the Group community property portfolio.
