An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic staff nurse to join the District Nursing Service in North Tyneside for a Community Staff Nurse.
Community staff nurses work autonomously and as part of a team, reporting directly to their line manager, the community nursing team lead, assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care for a diverse group of patients with a wide range of conditions and health needs.
The Community Staff Nurse works in partnership with patients and carers in the community, providing health education and nursing care within the Scope of Professional Practice. The post-holder is an integral member of the community nursing team working with colleagues to delivery clinical care to patients living in their own homes and within residential care homes.
