An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the District Nursing Service in Northumberland for a full time Community Staff Nurse.
Provide high-quality care and support to patients with terminal illnesses and their families, including emotional support and bereavement care.
Community Staff Nurses work both autonomously and collaboratively as part of the wider multidisciplinary team. They are accountable to their line manager and the Community Nursing Team Lead, and are responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating high-quality, person-centred care.
