Newark and Sherwood District are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Specialist Public Health Practitioner, (School Nurse) to join our Integrated Healthy Families Team within the Locality. Care will be delivered in line with the National and Local guidelines and public health priorities.
The role involves delivering the public health agenda for 5-19 children and families. Delivering the Healthy Child Programme to a defined population and a strong element of leadership to the skill mix within the 5-19 Healthy Family Team . This is a community post which will require a considerable amount of driving between venues.
