We are seeking a Medical-Surgical Telemetry CNA , also referred to as a Med-Surg Tele CNA.  The Med-Surg/Tele CNA assist nurses by providing basic patient care, monitoring vital signs, supporting mobility, and ensuring patient safety for adults recovering from surgeries or illnesses while on heart monitors. They play a critical role in observing patients, reporting changes, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment to promote recovery.

Responsibilities

** We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Med-Surg/Telemetry team. Under RN supervision, you will assist patients with daily living activities, provide basic nursing care, and help maintain a safe environment.

Vital signs monitoring

take and record blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation

Mobility assistance

help patients get in and out of bed, walk, or use assistive devices.
