What You Will Do:
Prepare and portion ingredients (chopping vegetables, cutting meats, making sauces, etc.)
Label, date, and store food properly to ensure freshness and minimize waste
Assist
- cooks and chefs with daily prep tasks and mise

- Keep prep stations clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly
Assist
- with receiving and storing deliveries
- Support with closing and cleaning duties as needed
- May be asked to take out trash and recycling as needed
